Regular size fits most women under dress size 12 ((US) 16 (UK) or 42 (EU) with biceps less than 12″ (30cm) in diameter. Our Large size fits great for women who wear a dress size 12 (US) 16 (UK) 42 (EU) or over and men who wear shirt size M or larger.
